Peter M. Lamb
Associate
Mr. Lamb is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has represented issuers and underwriters on a wide range of public and private securities offerings, including equity, debt and convertible debt financings and the initial public offerings of both domestic and foreign issuers. He has also advised on a number of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, representing both the buy-side and the sell-side, and regularly advises clients on public reporting and corporate governance matters, with a primary focus on transactions involving technology companies.
