Michael Nathan Simkovic
Associate

Mr. Simkovic is an associate in our Litigation Department, concentrating in bankruptcy-related litigation, particularly defense of leveraged buyout lenders and former shareholders.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Simkovic was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, with a special emphasis on legal, regulatory and business issues affecting financial services companies, from 2007 to 2009.
