Michael J.S. Moran
Associate

Mr. Moran is an associate in our Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. His experience includes a broad range of international credit transactions, including acquisition financing, secured and unsecured syndicated lending and related work for leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers. 

Mr. Moran also counsels pro bono clients on asylum law and elder law matters.
