As a member of Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, Ms. Simpson advises financial institutions, investment funds and corporations on securities matters in general, and specifically on matters involving equity derivatives and on structuring and executing over-the-counter and public market transactions involving derivatives. She also advises investment funds on financing arrangements, including prime brokerage and ISDA-based agreements as well as the documentation of individual transactions.
