Mr. Jackson is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. His practice focuses on international capital markets and other corporate finance transactions. He has advised both issuers and underwriters on a variety of SEC-registered and Rule 144A/Regulation S debt and equity offerings by U.S., European, and South African issuers, including initial public offerings, rights offerings and tender offers, as well as other cross-border corporate transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, reporting and compliance matters.
