Mr. Satory is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. His practice focuses on representing companies and investment banks on a variety of significant cross-border capital markets offerings and other strategic corporate transactions, with a particular focus on financial institutions as well as energy and health care companies. He also provides clients advice on corporate governance, SEC reporting and other compliance matters.
