Mr. Perry is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Credit Group. His practice covers a wide range of transaction types, including secured acquisition financings and high-yield bond offerings, investment-grade, unsecured financings, complex restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings. He is experienced in the grant of security in aircraft and related leases, having been involved in a $3.2 billion financing for International Lease Finance Corporation, which was secured by more than 300 aircraft registered in over 20 jurisdictions around the world.
