John A. Bick
Partner
Mr. Bick is head of Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s three-person Management Committee. He advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, partnerships, takeover defenses and corporate governance issues. He also represents clients in general corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Bick has worked extensively in the area of private equity, representing Morgan Stanley Private Equity, Metalmark Capital and Tailwind Capital Partners.
