Ms. McGinley is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. Since joining the firm in 2006, she has completed rotations in the Financial Institutions Group, the Credit Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Her practice includes all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including public and private company transactions and private equity investment, both domestic and international, as well as international capital markets transactions and other corporate finance transactions. She also advises U.S. and non-U.S. companies on SEC reporting, corporate governance and other compliance matters. She has spent time in the Hong Kong office practicing mergers and acquisitions with a focus on India, as well as in the London and New York offices.
