Jean Weng
Counsel
Ms. Weng is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Capital Markets Group. She has worked on a wide variety of both public and private debt, equity and equity-linked offerings by U.S. and non-U.S. issuers in a range of industries. In particular, she focuses on representing investment banking clients in securities offerings by insurance companies in all lines of business, including property and casualty, life and health. Ms. Weng also regularly advises issuers on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and SEC matters.
