Jason McCullough
Associate
Mr. McCullough is an associate in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department. He has represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters, and has significant experience in matters related to international anti-corruption laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as related civil litigation, such as actions brought under RICO (the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). Mr. McCullough has represented clients in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also has experience with internal investigations and regularly advises clients in connection with commercial litigation matters.
