Jason Kyrwood
Partner
Mr. Kyrwood is a partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Credit Group. He regularly advises financial institutions and borrowers on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, focusing on leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, as well as workouts and debtor in possession financings. Mr. Kyrwood’s clients have included financial institutions, including Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Citibank, and corporate clients, including Comcast and Warner Chilcott.
