Jason is co-head of our highly regarded, top-ranked Finance practice. With over $1.3 trillion in financing representations, Jason has advised on many of the largest and most complex leveraged, investment-grade, bridge, LBO, cross-border, private debt, restructuring and recapitalization transactions in the market. He represents major financial institutions and alternative credit providers alike on a full range of financial products, from large-cap syndicated loans to smaller direct lending transactions.

Chambers USA ranks Jason in Band 1 for Banking & Finance, with clients saying he is “incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the market” and “practical and easy to deal with.” He has three times been named an American Lawyer “Dealmaker of the Year,” most recently in 2020, and is a member of the Practical Law Company’s Finance Advisory Board.

Jason is a member of the board of Rising Ground, a nonprofit human services organization in New York.
