As a partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, Mr. Rothwell advises financial institutions, dealers, corporations and industry associations regarding derivatives, structured products and securities offerings of convertible and equity-linked securities. He has been involved in the original design of many innovative transaction structures that have become staples of the equity derivatives marketplace.
