Mr. Walker is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on acquisition finance as well as other complex financing transactions. He has most recently advised clients with respect to structuring investments in complex securitizations, financings for private equity funds and hedge funds and securitizations of aircraft leases.

Mr. Walker has extensive experience designing and implementing some of Davis Polk’s most innovative training programs and has been responsible for organizing the milepost training given to associates in their first, third and fifth years at the firm. He has also been responsible for capturing the institutional knowledge of the lawyers in the Credit Group and making such knowledge accessible to all lawyers in the Group.
