Ms. Maconick is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Intellectual Property Group. She has in-depth experience advising corporate and capital markets clients on IP issues, including the commercialization of IP assets, negotiating complex pharmaceutical, biotech, high-tech, web and media related agreements and handling the IP aspects of M&A, investment, and credit and financing transactions. Ms. Maconick also assists clients with commercial contracts, including IP licenses, product development, manufacture, procurement and supply agreements, standard terms of use and e-commerce and privacy issues.
