Mr. Glover is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and works in the São Paulo office. He has also worked for several years in the New York and Madrid offices. Mr. Glover has advised U.S. and non-U.S. clients on capital markets transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings, exchange offers and debt restructurings, primarily in Latin America. He has also advised U.S. and non-U.S. clients on general corporate matters, including with respect to corporate governance, SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank matters.
