Mr. Pérès is a member of Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Paris office. He joined the firm in August 2005, becoming the first partner to practice the law of a country outside of the United States. He is a French corporate lawyer with extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity capital markets and restructuring. Mr. Pérès has been involved in some of the highest profile transactions in the Paris market.
