FCPA Practice

Advised on the design and implementation of comprehensive FCPA compliance program for clients, including Siemens AG
Led, and designed protocols for, pre- and post-closing FCPA due diligence investigations for acquisitions overseas, including in Colombia and South Africa
Represented, on an ongoing basis, a consumer products company in global investigations and reviews of compliance with the FCPA, international trade sanctions, and anti-money laundering statutes
