Albert is a member of our Derivatives & Structured Products and Capital Markets practices. He represents financial institutions on all aspects of the development, issuance and marketing of SEC-registered and exempt offerings of structured products linked to equities, commodities, currencies, rates and combinations of these assets, including market-linked certificates of deposit.
Albert has extensive experience in the development of new financial products, including exchange-traded notes and proprietary indices for retail and institutional investors. He routinely advises on SEC, FINRA and other regulatory and transactional matters related to structured products.
He has also advised issuers and underwriters on a variety of equity and debt offerings.
