We advised Verisk on the SEC-registered notes

Davis Polk advised Verisk Analytics, Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2033.

Verisk is a leading data analytics provider serving customers in the insurance market. In 2022, Verisk’s customers included all of the top 100 property and casualty (P&C) insurance providers in the United States for the lines of P&C services it offers.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner John B. Meade and associates Arisa Akashi Sin and Michael Stromquist. The tax team included partner Kara L. Mungovan and associate Dov Sussman.
