We advised Galaxy on its offering 

Davis Polk advised Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. in connection with its C$169.4 million (approximately $125 million) offering of 12,100,000 ordinary shares, on a bought deal basis. The offering included a public offering in Canada and an offering in the United States to investors who are both “qualified institutional buyers” under Rule 144A and “qualified purchasers” under Section 3(c)(7) of the 1940 Act.
