The Women’s Initiatives Committee at Davis Polk is driven by a core group of six partners and supported by representatives from the Recruiting, Associate Development and Business Development departments.

The team includes both men and women and meets monthly to assess policies and practices as they relate to recruitment, retention, mentoring and career development of our women lawyers at all levels, and to coordinate the firm’s overall women’s initiatives.

The Committee reports directly to Davis Polk’s Management Committee, which views our various women-focused efforts as a key strategic priority of our firm..
