The Women’s Initiatives Committee at Davis Polk is driven by a core group of six partners, both men and women, and supported by representatives from the Recruiting, Associate Development and Business Development departments. The team meets regularly to discuss and plan various initiatives designed to promote opportunities and address the concerns of women in the workplace and coordinate the firm’s overall women’s initiatives.
