Davis Polk partner Yukako Kawata will serve as Chairperson of PLI’s Eleventh Annual Private Equity Forum. Fellow partner John Bick will serve on two panels at the event, which will be held July 12-13, 2010, in New York. The program will cover key topics related to private equity, including current issues in investing and funds; dealing with fund sponsor issues; current regulatory, legislative and tax issues; and how private equity funds are addressing compliance issues. Bick will be a panelist on “Fundamentals of Private Equity Investing (Buy-Side)” and “Current Environment for Private Equity Investing.”
