Davis Polk advised Vector Capital Corporation on a senior secured credit facility agented by Fortress Credit Co. LLC to finance Vector Capital’s approximately $283 million acquisition of Gerber Scientific, Inc.

Gerber Scientific, Inc. is a leading international supplier of sophisticated automated manufacturing systems for the sign making, specialty graphics, packaging, apparel and industrial industries.
