Davis Polk advised JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with a $1 billion revolving credit facility for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to provide credit support for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.’s commercial paper program.
