Davis Polk advised Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., as representatives of the several underwriters of the initial public offering by Taomee Holdings Limited of 7,187,500 American Depositary Shares, each representing 20 ordinary shares of Taomee Holdings Limited. Priced at US$9.00 per ADS, the total proceeds of the offering was US$64.7 million. The ADSs are listed on NYSE under the symbol “TAOM.”

Taomee Holdings Limited is one of the leading children's entertainment and media companies in China with a mission to create exceptional entertainment experiences for children that are fun, safe and trusted by parents. Taomee has expanded into offline business by licensing its franchises to other media formats including books, films and television and makers of consumer products targeting children.
