Davis Polk advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. as underwriters on an SEC-registered debt offering by Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.4% notes due 2021.

Stanley Black & Decker is a diversified global provider of hand tools, power tools and accessories, industrial tools and automotive tools and equipment, mechanical access solutions, electronic security solutions and technology-based (engineered) fastening systems.
