Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as sole bookrunner and representative of the underwriters in connection with the $38.5 million SEC-registered follow-on offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock of Scorpio Tankers Inc. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “STNG.”

Based in Monaco, Scorpio Tankers Inc. is a provider of marine transportation of petroleum products worldwide. Scorpio currently owns and operates 12 tankers (one LR2, four LR1, four Handymax, two MR and one post-Panamax) and time charters-in and operates seven tankers (one LR2 and six Handymax).
