Davis Polk partners Ronan Harty and Christopher Hockett will speak at the 58th ABA Section of Antitrust Law Annual Spring Meeting. Harty will chair a panel entitled “Merger Remedies: An International Comparison & Synthesis,” and Hockett will be serve on the “What Can You Do with Your Equity Interest in a Competitor?” panel. The meeting will be held in Washington DC, April 21-23, 2010.
