The underwriters exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,680,000 shares from Qlik Technologies Inc. Including the over-allotment option, the total proceeds of the offering were approximately $120 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "QLIK."
