Chicago, IL & San Francisco, CA Davis Polk partners Phillip Mills and William Kelly will be panelists at Practising Law Institute’s upcoming seminar, “Mergers & Acquisitions 2010: What You Need to Know Now.” The program, which will be held in both Chicago and San Francisco, will provide an overview of the current M&A landscape and the lingering effects of the financial crisis, as well as recent legal and regulatory developments and an insider’s perspective on the resurgence of private equity.

Mills will participate in the Chicago program, being held on September 23-24, 2010, while Kelly will speak at the San Francisco program on October 7-8, 2010. The San Francisco program will also be featured as a live webcast on PLI’s website. Both lawyers will speak on a panel discussing cutting-edge issues in public company sale transactions.
