Morgan Securities Ltd. as joint bookrunners in connection with the Regulation S offering by PT Indika Mitra Energi of 520,714,000 ordinary shares of PT Indika Energy Tbk for gross proceeds of approximately IDR1.9 trillion (US$215 million).

PT Indika Mitra Energi is the controlling shareholder of PT Indika Energy Tbk, one of Indonesia's leading integrated energy groups, with a portfolio of businesses spanning energy resources, services and infrastructure sectors. The group specializes in coal production and owns a 46% interest in Indonesia's third-largest coal mining company.
