Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by Otter Tail Corporation of $100 million principal amount of 9% notes due 2016.

Headquartered in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and Fargo, North Dakota, Otter Tail is a holding company with subsidiaries that operate in six segments: Electric, Plastics, Manufacturing, Health Services, Food Ingredient Processing, and Construction and Transportation.
