Davis Polk & Wardwell advised Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as representative of the several underwriters on the $60 million initial public offering of 3,000,000 shares of OpenTable, Inc. Of those shares, OpenTable sold 1,572,684 shares and selling stockholders sold 1,427,316 shares. The underwriters also have an option to purchase an additional 450,000 shares from OpenTable pursuant to an over-allotment option. OpenTable’s common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “OPEN.”
