Davis Polk advised Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with a $390 million term credit facility and a $150 million revolving credit facility for MoneyGram Payment Systems Worldwide, Inc. The facility will be used in connection with a refinancing and recapitalization by the Company as well as for general business purposes.

MoneyGram Payment Systems Worldwide, Inc. is a global payment services company acting in approximately 190 countries and territories. It has been in operation for 70 years, and its major products include global money transfers, bill payment solutions and money orders.
