Michael Kors Holdings Limited Initial Public Offering

Davis Polk advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. as joint book-running managers in connection with the initial public offering of 54,280,000 ordinary shares of Michael Kors Holdings Limited sold by certain selling shareholders for a price to the public of $1.09 billion, including 7,080,000 ordinary shares that the underwriters purchased pursuant to an over-allotment option. The ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KORS.”

With a presence in 74 countries, Michael Kors Holdings Limited offers accessories (including handbags, small leather goods, eyewear, jewelry and watches), footwear and apparel.
