Davis Polk partner Martine Beamon will be a panelist at PLI’s upcoming “Internal Investigations 2010” seminar, which will be held on June 8, 2010, in New York and via live webcast. Beamon will speak on a panel entitled “Commencing the Investigation: Considerations at the Outset.” Among the questions the panel will address are: when an investigation is warranted, who should oversee and conduct an investigation, steps that should be taken to preserve documents and how to manage the costs of an investigation.
