New York, NY Davis Polk partner Kirtee Kapoor will be among the speakers at Practising Law Institute’s “Doing Deals in and with Emerging Markets: BRIC and Beyond 2012” program. Mr. Kapoor will speak on two panels at the event. The first, entitled “Doing Due Diligence in BRICs,” will cover topics ranging from following foreign due diligence requirements to adhering to the FCPA. The second panel in which Mr. Kapoor will participate, "Negotiating Deals in and with BRICs,” will discuss adapting deal terms to local practices and issues, and negotiating effectively in cross-cultural contexts.
