Hong Kong Davis Polk partners Kirtee Kapoor and Howard Zhang will be speakers at International Financial Law Review’s Asia Private Equity Forum 2010. Kapoor’s panel, “Private Equity in India,” will address topics including key trends in private equity investing, changes in FDI regulations and innovations in structuring. Zhang will participate on a panel entitled, “China, the continuing rise of RMB funds: Where are we now?,” which will address what the rise of RMB funds means for the market and the evolving role of foreign private equity in China. The conference will be held on September 10, 2010, in Hong Kong.
