Washington DC Davis Polk partner Kathleen Ferrell will be a panelist at the 17th Annual Advanced ALI-ABA Course of Study: Consolidated Tax Return Regulations. The course will address the substantial revisions made by the Treasury Department and the IRS to regulations governing consolidated tax returns, as well as recent judicial decisions and rulings that have dramatically changed the operating rules of consolidated returns. Ferrell will participate on a panel discussing affiliation, reverse acquisitions and accounting issues.
