In a Q&A titled, “Latin America Is A Boon For Dealmakers While Chinese Regulators Give Companies Pause,” Amorosi discussed deal activity in Latin America and the outlook for the second half of 2012, regulatory issues, and concerns related to cross-border transactions. The Q&A also highlighted Amorosi’s representation of Eike Batista’s EBX Group in a strategic partnership with Mubadala Development Company, through which Mubadala will make a $2 billion investment in the company, and in EBX Group’s $300 million strategic investment from GE.
