Hong Kong Davis Polk partners Kirtee Kapoor and James Lin will be speakers at International Financial Law Review’s 2010 Asia Capital Markets Forum. Kapoor will speak on the panel, "India in Flux," which will address topics such as the move to IFRS and its impact on capital raising, and offering into the US and Europe. Lin's panel, “How China’s banks raise cash,” will feature a case study of the Agricultural Bank of China’s $22 billion IPO – the largest in history – on which Davis Polk advised AgBank. The panel will also address why banks undertake rights issues and the relationship between A-share and H-share offerings. The conference will be held November 16-17, 2010, in Hong Kong.
