Marshall Huebner, co-head of Davis Polk's Insolvency and Restructuring Group, was quoted in the October 22, 2009, edition of Financial Times. In the only U.S.-specific category, "US Financial Crisis and the Downturn," Davis Polk had two representations among the five that received the FT's highest ranking for innovation. Davis Polk was the only firm to earn the highest ranking for more than one deal, including Huebner's representation of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the U.S. Department of the Treasury in the rescue of AIG.
