GT Solar International, Inc. $200 million Secured Credit Facilities

Davis Polk advised Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and HSBC Bank USA, National Association as joint lead arrangers and Credit Suisse AG as administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with a $125 million secured term loan credit facility and a $75 million secured revolving credit facility provided to GT Solar International, Inc. The obligations under the credit facilities are guaranteed by all domestic subsidiaries of GT Solar International, Inc. and secured by substantially all of the assets of GT Solar International, Inc. and the guarantors. The proceeds of the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes.

Headquartered in Merrimack, New Hampshire, GT Solar International, Inc. is a global provider of polysilicon production technology, and sapphire and silicon crystalline growth systems and materials for the solar, LED and other specialty markets.
