New York, NY Davis Polk partners Deanna Kirkpatrick and Manuel Garciadiaz spoke at PLI’s March 8 seminar, “How to Prepare an Initial Public Offering 2010.” Kirkpatrick, Co-Chair of the program, and Garciadiaz led a panel addressing special considerations for foreign private issuers and corporate governance best practices. Kirkpatrick also served on two additional panels: “An Overview of the IPO Registration Process” and “Comfort Letters and Accounting Considerations.”
