At the 2011 IFLR India Awards, International Financial Law Review named Davis Polk its “Private Equity Team of the Year” among international firms. The firm was also honored for its work on this year’s “Private Equity Deal of the Year.” On that deal, Davis Polk advised a consortium of investors led by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Inc. in connection with their investment in Asian Genco Pte. Ltd.
