Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP earned "M&A Deal of the Year" honors at the International Financial Law Review’s 2010 Europe Awards in connection with the representation of Bermudan reinsurer PartnerRe on its approximately $2 billion acquisition of PARIS RE, a Swiss reinsurer. A Davis Polk team led by Phillip Mills and Christophe Perchet advised PartnerRe on the deal. IFLR’s Europe Awards were held on March 18 in London.
