New York, NY Four Davis Polk lawyers spoke at the New York City Bar Association’s upcoming program, “Dodd-Frank and Other International Developments Affecting the Global Financial System After the Crisis.” The program was held October 27-28, 2010.

On the first day of the event, Randall Guynn, head of Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions Group, participated on a panel discussing the Volcker Rule, and counsel Reena Sahni spoke on resolution and living wills. On day two, Marshall Huebner, co-head of the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring Group, participated on the panel, “What If There Were Another Lehman/AIG Weekend?,” and William Taylor discussed the M&A landscape.
