Davis Polk and Marshall Huebner, Co-head of the firm's Insolvency & Restructuring Group, were featured on The American Lawyer website for their role in the bankruptcy of Frontier Airlines. The article, entitled, "Davis Polk Helping Frontier Depart From Bankruptcy," chronicled Davis Polk's representation of Frontier, one of the few airlines in bankruptcy that has managed to stay in business. U.S. bankruptcy Judge Robert Drain has approved auction procedures for Frontier to commence on August 11, 2009 if new bidders emerge for the airline. In addition to guiding Frontier through bankruptcy, Huebner was also cited in the article for his previous work as lead bankruptcy counsel to Delta Air Lines "in one of the largest and most successful corporate restructurings in history." The article also noted the involvement in the Frontier bankruptcy of two other Davis Polk partners ― Damian Schaible and Timothy Graulich.
